We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, generating leads, handling customer enquiries, promoting our industrial engineering products and converting enquiries into sales.

The role requires good communication skills, customer interaction, product understanding and willingness to travel for business development and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads and develop new customers through calls, emails, references and market research.
- Visit customers and understand their technical and product requirements.
- Promote and explain Shingare Industries' industrial products and solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows and customer meetings.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis and share relevant information with management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical requirements, quotations, orders and deliveries.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.




- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
- Travel within India and overseas when required for business development.

Product & Industry Exposure

The candidate will work with industrial products such as tube tools, tube expanders, tube-cleaning equipment, bolting tools, torque tools, pipe cutting/beveling machines, grinding tools and tapping tools. Shingare serves industries including engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, steel, power generation, petrochemical, automotive, railways and shipbuilding.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial sales or engineering products.
- BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant graduate qualification preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email and internet.
- Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn industrial products.
- Robust follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with field work and customer visits.
- Willing to travel within India and overseas when required.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
