Job Responsibilities

* Handle GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal operations.

* Search, track and manage Government Tenders / Bids.

* Handle MP Government Tenders & e-Tenders.

* Prepare and submit online Bids, Quotations & Tender Documents.

* Manage Technical & Financial Bid documentation.

* Monitor tender deadlines and submission status.

* Coordinate with internal teams for required documents.

* Maintain records of tenders, bids and related documents.

Requirements





* 1–2 years of relevant experience in GeM / Tender work.

* Practical knowledge of GeM Portal & Government Tenders.

* Experience with MP Tenders / Government Departments preferred.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & Computer Operations.

* Positive documentation and communication skills.

* Ability to manage tender deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in GeM Portal, MP Tenders, Bid Submission and Government Department work will be preferred.

* Work: Office Work | No Field Work

* Salary: ₹15K – ₹25K/month

* Timing: 11 AM – 8 PM

* Sunday: Off
