Live-In Nanny

We are looking for a Live-In Nanny to provide a stable, structured workplace for the child and support the household.

Primary Responsibility —(Child Care)

- Daily routine: wake, meals, activities and rest
- Engagement, not passive supervision
- Emotional stability through calm, predictable behavior

Secondary Responsibility — (Home Support)

- Basic tidiness (not deep cleaning unless agreed)
- Meal support — preparation / assistance depending on the setup
- Child-related organization, including clothes and materials

Reliability —(Non-Negotiable)

- Fixed wake time
- No last-minute or mood-based changes
- Clear communication if issues arise

Daily Structure:-

Morning

- Wake-up routine
- Breakfast preparation / feeding




- Light home reset

Midday

- Child engagement through structured play / learning
- Lunch

Afternoon

- Rest / quiet time
- Light organization

Evening

- Prepare child for your return
- Transition update

Night

- Basic reset for the next day

House Rules

- No phone use during child interaction
- No visitors / personal distractions
- Respect privacy and boundaries
- Clear reporting — do not hide issues

Communication System

- A daily 5-minute update:
- What went well
- Any issues
- What is needed tomorrow
