Team Leader – Operations
Salary: ₹14,000-₹16000/month
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily work of the assigned team.
- Allocate tasks and ensure daily targets are achieved.
- Ensure proper quality, hygiene and SOP compliance.
- Maintain basic production/attendance records.
- Train and guide team members when required.
- Report issues, wastage and material requirements to the supervisor.
- Keep the work area clean and organised.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of production/farm/food-processing operations.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.
- Good teamwork, discipline and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on setting.
