- Coordinate and manage the entire lifecycle of luxury retail store construction from blueprint design to final handover.
- Supervise in office contractors, carpenters, and electricians to ensure high-end craftsmanship matches brand standards.
- Track daily site progress, manage project timelines, and deliver frequent updates to the corporate executive team.
- Enforce strict site security protocols, ensuring maximum safety for high-value building materials and premium finishes.
- Manage project budgets, negotiate with vendors, and approve contractor billing and material change orders.
- Maintain strict quality control on premium finishes like specialized lighting, custom millwork, and security glass.
- Ensure all retail store layouts comply with mall guidelines, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Resolve real-time structural conflicts, design clashes, and technical site challenges immediately.
