- Handle day-to-day maintenance and repair work at the assigned site.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, motors, pumps, panels, wiring and other equipment.
- Conduct regular inspection and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for repair and maintenance work.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and spare-parts records.
- Ensure safety standards and proper housekeeping at the workplace.
