Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Collection Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers over calls to remind them about pending payments, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers to collect outstanding dues.
- Explain payment details and available payment options.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments and accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during calls.





Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, Basic English
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
