Salary: ₹18,000 + ₹2,000 Performance Incentive

Location: 86 Central by Crystal, Near Shreyas Signal, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai

? What You'll Do:

• Manage the Ovaro brand & day-to-day growth

• Plan & manage Meta Paid Ads

• Analyze ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV & conversion rate

• Oversee & guide our content creators

• Plan creative concepts, hooks & ad creatives

• Monitor website performance & suggest CRO improvements

• Track sales, products & campaign performance

• Research competitors, products & market trends

• Plan offers, campaigns & launches

• Coordinate with different teams to achieve sales targets

? Who We're Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in D2C / E-commerce / Digital Marketing

• Good understanding of Meta Ads

• Robust analytical & problem-solving skills

• Creative mindset with an understanding of performance creatives

• Comfortable with Shopify & Excel/Google Sheets

• Takes ownership and can work independently

• Someone who wants to build and grow a brand, not just execute tasks
