? ROLE PURPOSE

To plan, design, and continuously optimize all strategies for IWLD — including content strategies, course calendars, sales funnels, competition mapping, team building plans, and annual growth roadmaps.

This role requires a high-intelligence, fast-thinking, planning-obsessed person who loves mapping, plotting, structuring, fixing problems, and creating detailed strategy sheets.

The strategist must think like Sumeet Sir, understand IWLD deeply, and become the brain behind planning.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1️⃣ Content Strategy (Major Responsibility)

- Find references for content across all platforms.
- Convert ideas into scripts (you will be trained by Sir).
- Build monthly & weekly content calendars.
- Plan reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, shorts, and long-form content.
- Create sheets for each type of content.
- Study trends daily and update strategy instantly.
- Understand what type of content brings sales, engagement, and virality.

2️⃣ Course & Challenge Strategy (Very Important)

Strategist must:

- Plan year-long course calendar with themes, timings, and funnels.
- Suggest new course ideas based on market demand.
- Build strategy for:
- ✔ 7 Days No Food
- ✔ 14 Days
- ✔ 40 Days
- ✔ 25 Days No Carbs
- ✔ 180 Days Challenge and other courses
- Create marketing angles, storytelling ideas, content hooks.
- Work with Sir to finalize course structure and worksheets.
- Build launch strategy for each course.

3️⃣ Sales, Funnel & Growth Strategy

- Identify how content should convert into leads.
- Build scripts for sales pages, funnels, reels.
- Plan urgency, scarcity, pricing windows.
- Analyse what is working / what is not.
- Suggest new funnels, new sales ideas.

4️⃣ Research, Competitor Analysis & Industry Trends

Strategist must continuously track:

- Top competitors in India & globally
- Trends in weight loss industry
- Social media platform updates (IG, YT, podcasts)
- Viral content formats
- Success patterns in similar industries

Then create weekly strategy enhancement reports.





5️⃣ Company-Wide Strategy Planning

Strategist must help build strategy for:

- Content team
- Sales team
- Teaching team
- Research team
- Recruitment & HR
- Podcast planning
- Automation and AI
- Social media channels (IWLD, RL, SK, Team members)

Each team will receive a separate strategy document built by the strategist.

6️⃣ Attend All Key Meetings with Sumeet Sir

- Attend management meetings
- Take structured notes
- Convert notes into actionable strategic plans
- Modify strategies quickly based on Sir’s feedback

This is a high-learning, high-visibility seat.

7️⃣ Rapid Strategy Adjustment (Must-Have Ability)

If something is NOT working:

- Strategist must NOT wait
- Must not get stuck
- Must instantly modify the plan
- Must release a new strategy to the team the same day

This requires:

8️⃣ Documentation & Sheet Management

Strategist must be excellent with:

- Google Sheets
- Google Docs
- Planning folders
- Strategy calendars
- Monthly/weekly plans
- Content matrices
- Course strategy sheets
- Competition analysis grids

Everything must be well-organized on Drive.

9️⃣ Department Coordination

Strategist must coordinate with:

- Videographer
- Editors
- Accountability partners (both)
- Marketing team
- Sales team
- Research team
- Recruitment and other teams

They will become the main brain behind departmental alignment.

? Recruitment & Team-Building Strategies

Strategist will:

- Suggest hiring needs
- Create hiring strategy sheets
- Work with HR to onboard right candidates
- Understand team weaknesses & strengths

- Update weekly course strategy
- Prepare weekly content performance analysis
- Adjust plans as required
- Suggest new ideas for content & sales

⭐ MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create monthly strategy calendar
- Finalize course calendar for upcoming month
- Prepare monthly growth report
- Update SOPs
- Present updated strategy to Sir
- Track entire company’s performance vs goals
