Role & responsibilities
- Work with Hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Strategically source candidates through job portals such as Naukri.com, Shine.com, ApnaJobs.
- Take initial screening round and shortlist relevant profile
- support salary negotiationn and documentation.
- Keep candidate pipeline for further requirement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Fresher with Basic understanding about Recruitment.
- Graduate with a passion to build a meaningful career as a Recruitment Specialist.
- Positive communication and confidence.
