Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and business performance reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to provide actionable insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

• Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual, Forecast vs Actual).

• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and business performance.

• Prepare management dashboards and MIS reports.

• Monitor key financial KPIs and provide recommendations.

• Support business planning and strategic decision-making.

• Conduct branch-wise, product-wise, and business-unit profitability analysis.

• Collaborate with operations, sales, and accounting teams.

• Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial reporting standards.

• Present financial insights to senior management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).





• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).

• Budgeting and Forecasting.

• Variance Analysis.

• Financial Modeling.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in Automotive, Retail, Manufacturing, or Dealership industry preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A;, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance.

• Experience management reporting.

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and business performance analysis.

Industry-Specific Requirements

• Branch-wise profitability analysis.

• Brand-wise profitability analysis.

• Inventory and working capital analysis.

• Vehicle sales, service, and spare parts financial analysis.

• Dealer incentive and scheme analysis.
