Funeral Coordinator

We're looking for a Funeral Coordinator to be the central point of contact for our services — managing vendors, logistics, and family interactions with professionalism and care.

You'll:

- Coordinate end-to-end funeral service arrangements
- Liaise with vendors (vans, flowers, priests, musicians, catering) to ensure timely, quality delivery
- Support families with compassion and transparent communication during a difficult time
- Manage schedules and handle last-minute changes calmly
- Use our tech platform to track and monitor service delivery

You have:

- Strong organizational skills and a calm, dependable nature
- Good interpersonal skills and emotional maturity
- Comfort with digital tools
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality, logistics, or funeral services (preferred, not mandatory)
