Supervise and monitor daily construction/site activities.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.

Monitor manpower, material usage, and site productivity.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site progress reports.

Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.

Coordinate material requirements with the Purchase/Stores team.

Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the site.

Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.

Maintain site records, drawings, checklists, inspection reports, and other project documents.

Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.

Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities where required.
