We are looking for a sincere, organised and dependable Back Office Executive to support our customers and strengthen our tender and enquiry operations.

The selected candidate will handle customer requirements with care, manage GeM and other online/offline tenders, prepare accurate quotations, follow up professionally, and close cases in a timely and orderly manner.

Role Overview

This is an important support role at the heart of our office. You will be the link between customers, internal teams and tender platforms—ensuring every enquiry, bid and order is handled with accuracy, courtesy and complete follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries with promptness, clarity and a helpful attitude.

Manage GeM tenders and other government/private tenders (online and offline) from start to finish.

Study tender documents, prepare required papers and support timely bid submission.

Prepare neat, accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements.

Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, tenders, follow-ups and order status.

Follow up with customers politely and regularly until the case is closed.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quotations,



documents and deliveries move without delay.

Track each case systematically and close orders in a proper, organised manner.

Maintain professional email and telephone communication with customers and officials.

Ideal Candidate

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).

Prior experience in back office, tender handling, GeM portal, quotations or customer coordination will be an advantage.

Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and email.

Comfortable working on GeM and other e-tender portals (or willing to learn quickly).

Valuable written and spoken communication in English and Hindi.

Detail-oriented, responsible, patient and customer-friendly.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work with discipline.
