Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage the company's inventory, stock records, material receiving, issuing and storage activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, check and properly store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Issue materials to employees/sites as per approved requirements.
- Maintain records of material received, issued and returned.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management about replenishment requirements.
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of all materials.
- Prepare GRN, Issue Slip, Stock Register and other store documents.
- Coordinate with purchase and operations departments for material requirements.
- Maintain records of damaged, unused and returned materials.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.
- Prevent unnecessary wastage, loss or misuse of company materials.
- Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions.




- Perform other store-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Responsible, disciplined and organized approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day store activities.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Diploma or certification in Store Management / Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in security services, manpower services, facility management, housekeeping or similar industries will be preferred.

- Regular physical stock verification.
- Proper documentation and reporting.
- Prevention of material loss and wastage.
