? Salary & Incentives

- CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

- In-Hand: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound/inbound customer calls and promote products/services.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain proper call records and customer information.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

✅ Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.

- Positive convincing and sales skills.

- Candidates with telesales, telecalling, or sales experience are preferred.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
