Location: Chennai International Airport, Chennai

Job Type: Full-time | In office

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives

Tiramisu is a premium handcrafted jewellery brand that brings together Indian heritage and timeless craftsmanship. We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for our Chennai Airport store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist domestic and international customers with jewellery purchases.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, stock checks and basic store operations.
- Maintain product displays, store hygiene and brand standards.
- Provide a warm,



professional and personalised customer experience.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Experience in jewellery, fashion or luxury retail is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills; Hindi or Tamil is a plus.
- Confident, presentable and customer-focused.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- A valid passport is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply.
