Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified LNG Station Manager / Operations Engineer to oversee daily operations, maintenance, statutory compliance, and safety standards at our Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Retail Outlet (RO) facility. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment uptime, strict compliance with statutory regulations, seamless LNG unloading/dispensing, and robust HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plant Operations & Dispensing

Oversee day-to-day operations of the LNG Retail Outlet (RO), including LNG unloading from cryogenic tankers and secure dispensing into commercial automotive vehicles.

Conduct daily reconciliation of LNG inventory, dispenser meter readings, and sales records.

2. Maintenance & Parameter Monitoring

Execute breakdown and preventive maintenance routines for cryogenic equipment, pumps, dispensers, and auxiliary plant machinery.

Continuously monitor and record key operational parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rates, liquid levels) of LNG storage tanks and equipment to guarantee smooth, safe plant performance.

3. Safety & Statutory Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to statutory rules, regulatory guidelines,



and local authority mandates (e.g., PESO, local safety norms).

Drive and implement overall Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, conducting regular safety checks, toolbox talks, and risk evaluations.

Coordinate with regulatory bodies and local authorities for inspections and compliance reporting.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Uptime and operational reliability of LNG dispensing units and plant machinery.

Zero-incident record across HSE and environmental safety protocols.

Accurate daily inventory stock reconciliation with zero variance.

100% compliance with statutory and regulatory timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related discipline).

Experience: Prior experience in cryogenic systems, LNG/LPG/CNG retail stations, or industrial gas handling facilities.
