Position: Personal Car Driver

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Overtime: Overtime will be paid for work extending beyond 10:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and responsible Personal Car Driver to provide secure and comfortable transportation for the employer and family members. The candidate should have excellent driving skills, knowledge of local routes, and a professional and courteous attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the employer and family members safely to offices, meetings, appointments, social events, and other destinations.

• Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival and departure.

• Maintain the vehicle in a clean and presentable condition at all times.

• Conduct regular checks of fuel, tyres, engine oil, coolant, lights, and other basic vehicle requirements.

• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, insurance, pollution checks, and other vehicle-related requirements as instructed.

• Follow all traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices.

• Have good knowledge of Bengaluru city routes and be comfortable using Google Maps/navigation applications.

• Assist with errands such as collecting or delivering documents, parcels, groceries, or other items when required.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional activities.

• Immediately report any vehicle issues, accidents, traffic violations, or other concerns.





• Ensure the vehicle is securely parked and maintained when not in use.

• Be flexible with occasional changes in schedule based on the employer’s requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid LMV Driving Licence.

• Previous experience as a Personal Driver / Family Driver / Executive Driver preferred.

• Good knowledge of Bengaluru roads and traffic conditions.

• Clean driving record with a strong focus on safety.

• Good communication skills and a polite, respectful attitude.

• Physically fit and punctual.

• Should be trustworthy, responsible, and well-mannered.

• Should maintain professional boundaries and respect the privacy of the employer and family.

• Willingness to work additional hours when required.

Working Conditions & Compensation

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Regular Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

• Overtime: Paid separately when work extends beyond 10:00 PM.

• Salary: To be discussed based on experience and suitability.

• Overtime compensation will be applicable as per the agreed terms.
