- Call and follow up with PG enquiries and leads.
- Explain PG properties, rent, deposit, facilities and rules.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable rooms.
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers until booking.
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills.
- Hindi/English; Marathi preferred.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
- Previous telecalling/sales experience preferred.
