- Collection and sorting of used linen from hospital wards in the morning.
- Fresh linen sorting and proper arrangement.
- Stitching and tailoring of hospital linen such as bedsheets, pillow covers, patient gowns, curtains, etc.
- Alteration and repair of damaged or torn linen.
- Carrying out size adjustments and minor stitching/repair work as required.
- Maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness while handling hospital linen.
- Following hospital laundry department procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous tailoring/stitching experience required.
- Experience in hospital or laundry work will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of stitching, alteration, and linen repair.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in a hospital environment.
