About the Role

​College Pune is scaling fast in the college discovery & admissions space. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Finance Analyst to own our financial reporting, budgeting, and business analytics. If you want direct startup exposure and a real seat at the strategy table, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• ​Financial Analysis & Strategy: Track B2B/lead-gen revenue streams, monitor marketing ROI, and build agile models for pricing, hiring, and expansion.

• ​Reporting & Operations: Prepare P&L; statements, MIS reports,



and cash flow forecasts while managing vendor payments and partner commissions.

• ​Compliance: Oversee GST/TDS filing and account reconciliations alongside our CA team.

​What We’re Looking For

• ​1–3 years in finance/accounting with proficiency in Excel (pivots, financial modeling) and accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books).

• ​Strong analytical mindset with a solid grip on GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
