- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete production workflow from order allocation to final finishing.
- Plan and monitor daily production targets across all departments.
- Coordinate with dyeing, embroidery, handwork, aari, dori, computer embroidery, tailoring, finishing, and packing teams.
- Ensure all customer orders are completed within the committed timeline (30–40 days).
- Handle jobber allocation, follow-ups, and challan management.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and maintain production status reports.
- Conduct quality checks at every production stage and reduce defects/rework.
- Coordinate with merchandising and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Maintain production records, material consumption, and pending work reports.
- Resolve production delays and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Supervise production staff and improve productivity and efficiency.
