· Organization: BHARTI AIRTEL SERVICES LTD.

· Position: Installation Engineer/ Wireman

· Work Location: Bopal Gujarat

· Work hours: 9 Hrs. (Including break)

· Working Days: 6/week

Key Responsibilities:Installation Wi-Fi & Broadband – As an Installation engineer /wireman he will be responsible to complete the installations on time, he will receive the customer details and appointment timing also one day prior.

· Drive to customers’ homes and offices

· Troubleshoot existing equipment and remove or replace malfunctioning parts

· Install new versions of our equipment for customers

· Ensure that cables are managed properly and out of the way

· Answer any questions that the customer may have about the equipment

· Test connections to ensure they work properly





Customer Engagement – We must connect with customers first as per the appointment if the customer is available then we need to proceed with our work.

Target Achievement - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly installation & complains target.

Documentation & Compliance – Not applicable for Engineer /wireman , but informed to sales person if there is any requirement.

Qualifications:§ 10+2(Wireman), or any bachelor’s degree in any stream for Installation Engineer.

§ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.
