Role & responsibilities

- Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing and documentation in SAP.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase and Production teams for material availability.
- Execute material inward and outward transactions in SAP.
- Verify materials received against Purchase Orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials as per company standards.
- Support cycle counting, physical stock verification, and annual inventory audits.
- Coordinate with Quality team for segregation and control of rejected materials.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure material traceability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stores reports.




- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety requirements, IATF 16949 standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics,production, purchase, and finance departments for smooth material flow.
- Monitor slow-moving,non-moving, and obsolete inventory and report to management.
- Maintain housekeeping and discipline within the stores area.

Specialized Knowledge

- SAP MM / Inventory Management Module.
- GRN Processing.
- Inventory Control & Stock Management.
- Material Handling & Storage Practices.
- Store Documentation and Record Maintenance.

Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
