Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with brand owners and institutional clients (hotels, restaurants, caterers).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Customer interaction to be done for a minimum of 2 to 3 hrs per day (over phone).
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules in line with company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.




- Collect client feedback to help improve products, services, and delivery processes.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and reports for management review.

- Any degree related to business development.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting targets.
