We're Hiring: Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support projects.
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design scalable finance solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financial modules while ensuring best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prepare functional design documents, support testing, user training, and post-go-live activities.
- Drive solution optimization and provide functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of functional experience in Oracle Financials implementations.




- Solid hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud Finance implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Finance business processes and Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality client solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Oracle Fusion Financials Certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
