We're Hiring: Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Functional Lead

Oracle Fusion Cloud Experience: 5+ Years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud implementation and support engagements.
- Configure and optimize Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing, and Project Control modules.
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design scalable PPM solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
- Support data migration, reporting, testing, and end-user training.
- Drive process improvements aligned with Oracle Cloud best practices.

Required Skills

- 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud implementation and/or support projects.




- Solid functional expertise in Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing, and Project Control.
- Solid understanding of ERP Finance processes and business process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with FSM, ADFdi, Rapid Implementation Spreadsheets, and Oracle Cloud setup.
- Experience with OTBI Reports, Analytics, Functional Documentation, and solution design.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Integrations, FBDI/Spreadsheet Data Loaders, and security/workflows.
- Understanding of Level 13 Finance business processes.
- Oracle Fusion PPM or Financials Certification is preferred.
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
