Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain documentation related to QMS procedures.
- Provide training and guidance on QMS best practices to employees at all levels within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 3-9 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry setting.
- Solid understanding of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) regulations and guidelines.
- Experience with implementing QMS policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice).
- Proven track record of conducting successful audits, inspections, or investigations.
