Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Engineering or Cloud Operations.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Positive Linux administration skills.
- Experience with Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues.
- Manage Kubernetes environments.
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
- Work with cloud teams on migrations, upgrades, and platform support.
- Participate in on-call support and incident management.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
