Job Description:

- Inspecting the site regularly and instructing interior workers as well as subcontractors.
- Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
- Carrying out regular inspections.
- Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials.
- Maintaining an accurate record of site workers attendance.
- Candidates should be able to study drawings.
- He should have a good command on labour
- Candidate should be able to study the AutoCAD drawings, and can able to explain to workers like Interior work - False ceiling, Electricals, Painting, Carpentry, Modular Kitchen Wardrobe (components/hardware/ installation), Polishing, Stone work, Finishing work, Furniture, Glass work, Plumbing, Tiling.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Co–ordination between all vendors & contractors for the timely completion of project.
- Ability to understand and evaluate a site issue.
- Assessing and managing safety hazards.
- Helping project managers to plan the work program.
- Attending site management meetings.
- Should have valuable communication & coordination skills.
