Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, automation, and integration.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

The role also involves contributing to solution design, client communication, project delivery, and mentoring junior developers and interns while following Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct requirements workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

* Create technical designs, user stories, development tasks, and solution documentation.

* Act as a technical point of contact for clients and communicate solutions effectively.

* Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and contribute to successful project go-lives.

* Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

* Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on business requirements.

* Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce solutions to ensure quality and performance.

* Mentor and guide junior developers and interns on Salesforce development standards and best practices.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and deliver high-quality solutions.

* Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, object relationships, and schema design.

* Hands-on experience with:

* Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, including:

* Screen Flows

* Record-Triggered Flows

* Auto-Launched Flows

* Experience with Salesforce security and access management:

* Profiles

* Permission Sets

* Salesforce security concepts

Salesforce Development & Integration

* Robust hands-on experience with Apex, including:

* Trigger Frameworks

* Bulkification

* Asynchronous Apex

* Future Methods

* Batch Apex

* Queueable Apex

* Platform Events

* Experience developing user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

* Experience building and consuming API integrations using Apex Callouts and Named Credentials.

* Knowledge of Connected Apps and OAuth configuration.

* Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Salesforce applications.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

* Exposure to Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets.

* Experience working on client-facing Salesforce implementation or consulting projects.
