- Finding Tenders: Search daily on government and private portals for recent business opportunities.
- Reviewing Documents: Read tender papers carefully to check rules, fees, and deadlines.
- Team Coordination: Work with sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather required information.
- Preparing Bids: Write, format, and compile pricing sheets, technical details, and legal forms.
- Timely Submission: Upload or deliver the final bid package on time to avoid disqualification.
