We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with 6 to 12 years of experience and a deep specialization in Data Migration. In this role, you will own the technical architecture, data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading of enterprise HR data from legacy legacy systems to Cloud Fusion HCM. You must have a strong track record of executing end-to-end data migration strategies across multiple full-lifecycle Fusion implementation projects.

Data Migration Execution: Architect and execute the complete data migration strategy for global Cloud Fusion HCM implementations, transforming legacy worker history into the cloud setting.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days maximum.

Experience: 6 to 12 years of technical consulting experience in Enterprise Cloud Fusion HCM.

Implementation Track Record: Proven technical experience delivering at least 1 to 2 end-to-end full-lifecycle Cloud Fusion HCM implementations with a primary focus on data migration.
