We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud HCM Time & Labor (OTL) Functional Consultant with 6 to 12 years of experience to lead end-to-end global implementations. In this role, you will architect, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade workforce management, time tracking, and labor compliance solutions

- End-to-End Implementation: Lead all functional phases of cloud implementations, including business blueprinting, requirement gathering, process mapping, configuration, and post-go-live hypercare.
- OTL Core Configuration: Architect and configure complex time card layouts, time entry rules, time calculation rules, time consumer sets, and validation rules.

- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days maximum.

- Experience: 6 to 12 years of functional experience in enterprise cloud HCM systems.

Implementation Track Record: Proven experience leading at least 2 full-lifecycle end-to-end implementations specifically focusing on Time & Labor (OTL) modules.
