We are looking for a Senior HR professional who can do much more than recruitment, attendance and payroll.

We need someone who can help us find the right people, build a solid team, create accountability and develop a high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination with cross functional & smooth operation

- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, background verification, and exits. • Maintain employee records and update HRMS/Spine HR with accurate employee and attendance data.

- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, deductions, and employee queries.

- Prepare HR MIS and reports related to headcount, attendance, attrition, absenteeism, and manpower.

- Prepare and coordinate employee letters and HR documentation.

- Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, and HR policies.

- Assist in PMS, KRA/KPI, employee engagement, R&R;, and training activities.

- Handle routine employee queries and grievances and escalate complex matters to the HR Manager.

- Coordinate with Site/Project Heads, Finance, Admin, Legal, and other HODs for HR requirements.

- Support HR process improvement, HRMS implementation,



and HR digitalization.

- Conduct periodic site visits as required and ensure HR processes are followed.

Recruitment and Onboarding

- Need to hire construction related worker - skilled/unskilled worker, plumber, foreman, Contractor, Supervisor, electrician, site in charge, engineer, tiles & flooring contractors, steel binding and fitter contractors, Mivan fitting workers and contractors ,painting contractor, Interior & Carpenter contractor , recruitment agency, safety and security team and other human resource required in construction site.

- Need to coordinate and hire suppliers and vendors like steel, concrete, paint & hardware, Mivan, tiles & sanitary and other material required in construction site.

- Calling and achieve hiring target and training & employee engagement development.

Government Liaisoning

- Experience in labour law compliance and HR operations

- Manage licensing, statutory coordination, labour-law compliance, HR administration, government liaisoning, Rera, Municipality and employee documentation.
