Key Responsibilities

1. Leasing & Business Development

* Support and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

* Identify potential tenants across relevant commercial/retail segments.

* Generate and manage leasing leads through direct outreach, brokers, consultants, and market networks.

* Conduct market research to identify emerging tenant requirements and leasing opportunities.

2. Tenant Acquisition & Relationship Management

* Identify, approach, and onboard recent tenants in line with the projects target tenant mix.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

* Manage relationships with key tenants, brands, and channel partners.

* Coordinate site visits, property presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.

3. Deal Negotiation & Closures

* Handle leasing discussions and negotiations on commercial terms, rentals, deposits, lock-in periods, and other deal parameters.

* Prepare and present commercial proposals to prospective tenants.

* Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate documentation, approvals, and deal closures.

* Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leasing opportunities.

4. Portfolio & Leasing Operations

* Monitor availability, occupancy, lease expiries, and leasing pipeline across assigned projects/properties.

* Maintain updated leasing MIS, pipeline reports, and performance trackers.





* Support in achieving optimal tenant mix and minimizing vacancy.

* Track market rentals, competitor projects, and prevailing commercial trends.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

* Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth execution of leasing transactions.

* Work closely with property consultants, brokers, developers, and external stakeholders.

* Assist in resolving tenant-related issues and ensuring smooth onboarding.

* Provide regular updates on leasing pipeline, closures, and market developments to management.

6. Target & Performance Management

* Achieve assigned leasing targets, revenue goals, and closure timelines.

* Maintain a healthy leasing pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups with prospective tenants.

* Track individual performance against defined KPIs and business objectives.

Education:

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

* 1–6years of experience in leasing, business development, or commercial real estate.

* Experience in commercial offices, retail, malls, high-street projects, or mixed-use developments preferred.

* Proven experience in tenant acquisition, negotiations, and leasing closures.
