Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle BRM Tester with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) testing. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of telecom billing processes and experience in functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases and test data.
- Perform functional, system, integration, regression and end-to-end testing of Oracle BRM applications.
- Test BRM business flows including:
- Customer/Account Management
- Product and Pricing
- Subscription Management
- Rating and Charging
- Billing and Invoicing
- Payments
- Adjustments
- Discounts
- Taxes
- Collections

- Validate billing cycles, rating, charges, discounts, taxation, adjustments and invoices.
- Perform end-to-end testing of BRM and integrated OSS/BSS systems.
- Execute SIT, UAT, regression and production validation testing.
- Perform API/web-service testing using Postman/SOAP UI.
- Perform database validation using SQL.
- Identify, log,



track and retest defects using JIRA or similar defect management tools.
- Participate in defect triage and work closely with developers, Business Analysts and other QA teams.
- Prepare test execution reports and provide regular testing/status updates.
- Support release validation and production verification activities.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on Oracle BRM Testing experience is mandatory.
- Overall experience of 4–8 years in Software Testing/QA.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle BRM and telecom billing.
- Good understanding of BRM architecture and billing processes.
- Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression and System Testing.
- Strong understanding of Rating, Charging, Billing and Invoicing.
- Good knowledge of SQL/database validation.
- Experience with JIRA or similar defect management tools.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP API testing using Postman/SOAP UI is preferred.
- Good understanding of OSS/BSS and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Positive to Have

- Experience with Oracle PDC, ECE, Pipeline Manager.
- Experience with AIA, UIM, OSM/Siebel or other Oracle Communications products.
- Experience in RODOD implementations.
- Telecom domain experience.
- Automation/API testing experience.
