Role & responsibilities

- Reading GFC, structural, and architectural drawings together and catching clashes before they reach site
- Bar bending schedules computing and checking steel independently.
- Concrete works: pour planning, pour break locations, slump and cube testing, curing regime, cold joint handling
- Formwork and shuttering planning, including de-shuttering timelines
- Setting out total station and auto level, grid marking, column verticality, line and level control
- Daily progress reports, labour deployment, material reconciliation
- Subcontractor coordination and verification of their measurements before RA bills go up
- HSE and safety compliance

Preferred candidate profile

- Coordination across architects, MEP, and client teams
- Transparent documentation and reporting
- Handling cost and schedule pressure without hiding problems
- For site roles, ability to communicate with workers in the local language - Kannada &Tamil; , additionally Hindi is an added advantage.
