Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including voucher entry, purchase entry, sales entry, GST compliance, and balance sheet data preparation.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of bank reconciliations, fixed asset management, vendor reconciliation, petty cash management.
- Provide support to the finance team in managing hotel's financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in accountancy or related field.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks such as voucher entry, purchase entry, sales entry etc.
- Robust knowledge of GST laws and regulations.
- Experience with bank reconciliation, fixed asset management, vendor reconciliation, petty cash management.
