Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Technical Projects Manager to lead and execute strategic technology and digitization initiatives across our warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end software and technology projectsfrom ideation and development to successful deployment and adoption in production environments.

This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, cross-functional stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading technical transformation projects in organizations with 300+ employees and managing small cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end digitization and software implementation projects, from ideation and planning to development, deployment, and operational adoption.

2. Identify opportunities to automate and improve warehouse, logistics, and operational processes through technology.

3. Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define project requirements and priorities.

4. Drive project execution by managing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

5. Ensure successful rollout and adoption of new systems by coordinating user training, change management, and post-implementation support.

6. Monitor project progress through regular reviews and provide timely updates to senior leadership.

7. Define, track, and report measurable business outcomes and project KPIs.

8. Manage and mentor a team of 23 members, including task allocation, performance management, and capability development.

9. Oversee project costs and ensure optimal utilization of resources while maintaining delivery quality.

10. Analyze operational challenges and recommend scalable technology solutions that improve productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.

Work closely with warehouse teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

12. Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with overall business objectives and operational excellence goals.

13. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for future digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 46 years of experience managing software implementation, digital transformation, or technical projects.

3. Proven experience delivering large-scale technology projects in organizations with 300+ employees.

4. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment processes.

5. Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Operations, and Business teams.

6. Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end software development or implementation projects.

7. Experience managing a team of 2–3 members, including planning, mentoring, and performance management.

8. Robust project management, planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

9. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment with a focus on measurable business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), ERP, or logistics technology platforms.

2. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

3. Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or manufacturing organizations.

4. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.

5. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive operational improvements.

6. Exposure to automation technologies, process optimization, or AI-driven operational solutions will be preferred.
