Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on solar panels, including cleaning, inspecting, and replacing components as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment or systems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, or related field.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems and principles.
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Basic mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot common problems.
