Location: Mohali
Experience: 3 to 6 Years

The ideal candidate should have strong Excel and reporting skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple reporting activities with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and disseminate multiple reports within defined timelines and formats.
• Manage reports including:
Headcount Reports
Attrition Reports (Resource & Client)
Biometric Reports
Revenue Reports
Productivity Reports
Staffing Reports (Billable & Non-Billable)
• Prepare, review, and issue invoices in accordance with company policies and client agreements.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all reporting activities.




• Manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications
3 to 6 years of experience in a similar MIS / Data Analyst / Reporting role.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Robust time-management and prioritization skills.
