Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Timely Tracking of all Due Payouts (NRI) in advance and settlement without delays

Post Refunds Trigger ensure rejections are tracked and actioned

Responsible for timely obtaining requisite tax forms to release payouts in NRE Account

Verify payout eligibility, Policy Status and documentation before processing

Liaise with various departments at HO for smooth operations

Analyzing the CEO-CXO Escalation/Service Grievance cases and identifying the key areas of improvement

Responsible for handling field queries related to payouts.

Monitor payout queues and escalate exceptions for timely resolution.

Measure of Success:

Timely refunds and Closure of Child Tickets

Reduction in Penal interest





Maintain proper tracking of WIP cases/NPS /Service Grievances/CEO-CXO Escalations.

Desired qualifications and experience:

Should be a Graduate, preferably with Insurance background.

Positive Knowledge of Ingenium Application, MS Excel, Word .

Must have a minimum of 2-3 years in Insurance and handling the team.

FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT

Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role.

Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current role.

Knowledge and skills required:

Knowledge of Life Insurance Payout Process

Good communication skills

Strong adaptability and Problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
