Job Overview

We are looking for Quality Engineers / Inspectors with knowledge or experience in Visual Inspection, Dimensional Inspection, Engineering Drawing Reading, GD&T; and Quality Documentation.

Candidates from Aerospace, Defence, Valve, Automotive, Manufacturing, Foundry, Fabrication, Precision Engineering and General Engineering industries are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Visual and Dimensional Inspection of components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret Engineering Drawings, GD&T;, Tolerances and Specifications.
- Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Depth Gauge, Thread Gauges, Plug/Ring Gauges and Dial Gauge.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, surface condition and workmanship.
- Prepare Inspection Reports and Dimensional Reports.
- Support FAI / FAIR, In-process and Final Inspection activities.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate with Production / Engineering teams for corrective action.
- Maintain quality records and traceability.




- Ensure inspection is carried out as per drawing, customer and quality requirements.

Eligibility

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Mechatronics or related disciplines.
- 0-5 years of experience.
- Freshers with valuable knowledge of Engineering Drawings, Measurement and Inspection can also apply.
- Candidates with hands-on inspection experience will be preferred.
