Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance and calibration of field instruments such as Pressure, Flow, Level, and Temperature transmitters.
- Troubleshooting of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and Industrial Automation Systems.
- Maintenance of Control Valves, Actuators, and Analyzers.
- Execution of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Loop checking, commissioning, and instrument health monitoring.
- Reading and interpretation of P&IDs;, loop drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of instrumentation failures.
- Compliance with plant safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Desired Skills

- Knowledge of PLC/DCS systems (Siemens, Yokogawa, Allen Bradley preferred).
- Experience in instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with process instrumentation.
- Knowledge of networking protocol.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work during shutdown and emergency maintenance activities
