Role- Hardware Lead

Qualifications Basic

- Bachelors degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 8+ years of experience with below skills set

Skills:

- Electrical Design Experience - (automotive electronics preferred). Understands DFMEAs, DVP&Rs;, reliability requirements and quality design and robust validation testing.
- EMC circuit design robustness and testing requirements for automotive products.
- Electrical design for manufacturability practices.
- Strong knowledge automotive industry with Product development eco system
- Good Understanding of Product integration, Quality Management, product certification,
- Experience in architecture definition, detailed design and complete hardware development cycle
- Possesses valuable knowledge of EMI/EMC consideration in circuit, PCB design, system cabling and overall System perspective




- Design experience in the latest wireless technologies Antenna designs, routing and testing
- Design experience in technologies like Touch screen, Audio, Display, Flash memories
- Expertise in board debugging, design validation with necessary test equipment and tools
- Strong communication and organization skills

Responsibilities:

- Work with vendors, customers and drive system designs
- Coordinate with various cross functional teams including software, hardware, mechanical and SI teams to meet the planned deliverables.
- Cross functional team reviews, follow ups
- Hardware Certification follow ups, co-ordination with OEM, vendors on test establishment
