Role Summary

The O2C Consultant supports UK Order-to-Cash functional design, contributing to alignment with the global template and UK-specific business processes such as offer-based pricing, ATP, billing, returns, and weighbridge integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Validate UK O2C processes including pricing, ATP, billing, returns.
- Ensure weighbridge integration aligns with O2C PGI logic.
- Define UK-specific exceptions with minimal deviation from template.
- Collaborate with offshore teams for configuration and SIT/UAT support.
- Support EDI partner flows and integration testing.
- Drive business readiness, training support, and cutover preparation.
- Ensure alignment with CF global architecture and governance.

Required Skills & Experience

- 711 years of SAP O2C experience.
- Strong understanding of pricing, ATP, billing, returns, and EDI flows.
- Experience with weighbridge or logistics execution integrations.
- Solid functional design and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with UK logistics and distribution processes.
- Knowledge of TM integration.
