Role & responsibilities
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules for all machinery like excavators, dumpers, and loaders.
- Fleet Availability: Ensure maximum uptime and longevity of equipment through systematic asset management and root cause failure analysis.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance engineers, technicians, and mechanics.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards to maintain a secure working environment in workshops and field operations.
- TIppers & All heavy Equipments Maintenance.
