- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to avoid unexpected breakdown and extend the life of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspection of machinery to identify early sign of wear and tear.
- Record and track all maintenance activities for future analysis.
- Affixes Service sticker on the equipment after completion of periodical maintenance.
- Ensuring machinery and plant complies with safety regulation.
- Implement corrective measures or upgrades & Trains workers on safety protocols.
- Lead a team of technicians, operators and other engineers to ensure the smooth functioning of plant machinery and also managing driver and operator.
- Provide training on the operation and maintenance of recent machinery.
- Work closely with other engineering disciplines to optimize overall plant operation.
